Ministry Leadership Coach & Mentor
CATRINA HENDERSON
Catrina Henderson is a pastor, teacher, and mentor who has been involved in ministry and church leadership for nearly three decades. She helped build and lead a large, church-based, ministry training college in Australia for 18 years – teaching, training, and coaching pastors and leaders from all over the world, while also pastoring, teaching, preaching and leading across the breadth of her local church. Catrina is particularly passionate about teaching the Scriptures and training people to study, teach, and preach them as well. With an MA in Ancient History (focusing on Biblical Hebrew), loves to equip others to explore, love, and live God’s Word.
With a Graduate Diploma in Christian Counselling, and years of counselling experience, Catrina loves to empower people to discover and develop their passions and natural giftings. She desires to help others understand themselves and their journey from a holistic, Biblical perspective. Most recently Catrina spent 3 years pioneering a church in Israel, from the ground up – serving some very special people, in a very special place, and seeing them come together as a beautiful faith community. A self confessed bibliophile (lovers of books) and Bible nerd, if she’s not in a book, she’s in her running shoes out on the road somewhere!

Our team will respond to you quickly with an easy step-by-step process which includes a brief questionnaire and phone meeting to discuss desires and expected outcomes for your mentorship journey.
How much does a personal mentor cost?
Our goal is to make mentorship accessible to all who are interested and willing to make the personal investment into themselves. Please email info@theministrymentors.com for more detailed pricing.
Do I get to choose my mentor?
Our team of mentors are truly exceptional. Our founder and CEO has personally worked with each of them throughout her own mentorship journey. Will I meet with my mentor virtually or in person?
Although we thoroughly enjoy connecting in-person over a great cup of coffee, we are grateful for technology and make the most of it! Mentoring sessions are provided via Zoom and/or video calls. Our mentors are also available via email.
How often do I meet with my mentor?
Relationship is key to mentoring. We find that it is helpful to meet weekly or every other week at the start of your mentorship journey to help establish relationship and familiarity between you and your mentor. Then, you and your mentor will work together on a meeting schedule based on specific needs and desired outcomes. As the mentorship journey progresses, more time is allowed between sessions to allow for processing, personal application, and action steps.
Do I have to be in a vocational ministry in order to have a mentor?
Although we do specialize in working with people involved in vocational ministry, our team of mentors are well equipped with both wisdom and experience to help you grow in every leadership setting. Whether building a healthy home, leading teams of people, growing in your career or navigating relationships, we are here to provide you with a personalized mentorship experience.
